The rankings for 2009 have been announced and once again the team of Raye Scott and Francine Finn have earned a spot in the top 100 of 58,000 agents nationwide in the Prudential Real Estate Network. The team was also a recipient of the highest award of Chairman’s Circle Diamond for outstanding sales in 2009.
Raye Scott and Francine Finn have been friends and business partners for over 35 years. Starting their careers in the north county coastal area, they moved their office location to downtown San Diego 6 years ago to get involved in the developing urban market. “It has been exciting and energizing to be a part of the growth of downtown and we assist many of our clients from the suburbs when they decide they are ready for the high-rise lifestyle.” said Francine Finn. And, by looking at the increase in units and sales, it reflects a huge trend towards city living. Raye Scott added “When we first began working downtown in 1999 there were a total of 199 sales all year. Ten years later in 2009, there were a total of 1121 sales. Clearly, there is a demand for downtown and the lifestyle it affords. That demand seems to grow each year even with the current recession.”
Scott~Finn and their team have a broad base of experience and have not restricted themselves to one market or a particular price point. “It’s been an important asset to have 6 agents that have lived and worked in a variety of zip codes and helped seasoned buyers and sellers as well as the first time homebuyer” said Raye, “Our team earned this award through hard work and dedication. We are very proud of our team and our accomplishments together.” Francine added, “We look ahead to 2010 and beyond as incredible opportunities for our clients and our team. This is “America’s Finest City” for a very good reason.” In addition to Raye and Francine, the team consists of Buyer Specialists, Monica Ball, Jeff Nix, Sarah Scott, Marsha Shepard, Escrow Coordinator Dianne Miller and Marketing Coordinator Kea Bensen.
